Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by CLO Systems, LLC within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. CLO Systems, LLC is not responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless item sold is deemed defective by CLO Systems’ RMA staff and technician. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Just visit our online www.closystems.com for more information.

The following conditions and exceptions apply:

Partial refunds:

  • Any opened items returned within 30 days of delivery: 85% of item's price. (We do not refund original shipping cost)
  • Any unopened item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 80% of item's price. (We do not refund original shipping cost)
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use and returned within 30 days from purchase: 50% of item's price. (We do not refund original shipping cost)
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use and returned after 30 days from purchase but before 60 days: 30% of item's price. (We do not refund original shipping cost)
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: no refunds will be issued. (We do not refund original shipping cost)

Receiving a Refund

Generally, we issue refunds via company check. Upon returning the item, please provide us the name of payee and the address of where the check needs to be sent to. The total time for us to process a return will generally be outlined as followed:

  • 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper (depending on the carrier used)
  • 7 to 14 business days for us to process your return (Involves initial testing, ensuring the product is not damaged, and in resalable condition)
  • 5 to 10 business day for the refund to arrive at your designated address
    Items Purchased from Other Sellers

As the CLO Systems’ Web site offers items for sale both by local distributors, registered dealers/ professional installers, and retailers, it is important in the returns process to know from whom the item was purchased.

If you have not received the refund within 4 weeks of sending your order back, please contact the seller who sold you the item originally. If the seller does not respond to your concerns, you may contact your banking institution (fund source that item was paid) to stop or dispute the payment charges.

It is important to understand that CLO Systems, LLC is the manufacturer of products being sold by its local distributors, registered dealers/ professional installers, and retailers. CLO Systems, LLC provides complementary technical support for all products. Complementary technical support is not required. Therefore, it is imperative to contact the seller before reaching out to us for technical support. If under and circumstance that CLO Systems, LLC fails to resolve any technical/ warranty issue, please contact the seller (party who original sold the item) for return or refund. 

If the item to be returned was not sold or fulfilled by CLO Systems, LLC , you will need to contact the seller directly or follow the specific CLO Systems, LLC return instructions found in the order summary of Your Account. (Note: Orders from sellers that are shipped by CLO Systems, LLC through the Fulfillment by Federal Express are subject to the Seller’s returns policy.)

Shipping Policy

We currently honor Federal Express Ground Service on a flat rate basis as our standard shipping method to most US Continental locations. Allorders ship within 24 hours with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 days. Certain conditions and restriction apply:

-         We charge $39.00 USD shipping and handling for most single packages. Certain items tend to be heavier than other, therefore, shipping and handling will be adjusted based on item weight and shipping destination.

-         We do ship items via customer’s designated shipping carrier. In this case, we will charge $10 per item for handling charges

-         In case of a pallet order, we do not charge handling charges since the cost are already embedded into the selling price

-         From time to time, we provide promotional credit card discounts to our customers. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not subject to any discounts

-         Unless specified by our customers, we will only use standard ground as our shipping method. If other services are required, please call our office @ 626-939-4226 for a shipping quote prior to placing your order

-         If more than one items are being ordered, please call us @ 626-939-4226 for a combined shipping quote prior to placing your order

-         Shipping and handling charges are non-negotiable at this time
